Welcome to WorkzApp. By accessing or using our platform at workzapp.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WorkzApp in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use along with our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users of the platform including job seekers, employers, and visitors.

Who Can Use WorkzApp

You must be at least 18 years of age to use WorkzApp.

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when creating your account.

Each person may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Two Types of Users

Job Seekers: You may browse job listings, apply for jobs, build your profile, upload your resume, and use WorkzApp's career tools.

Employers: You may post job listings, review applications, and connect with candidates. By posting a job, you confirm that the vacancy is genuine, the job description is accurate, and you intend to actively review applications.

The 48-Hour Response Guarantee

The 48-hour response guarantee applies only to job listings that are explicitly marked with the 48h badge on WorkzApp. Not all job listings on the platform carry this guarantee.

Employers who voluntarily opt into the 48-hour commitment agree to respond to applicants within 48 hours of application. WorkzApp is not legally responsible for employer response times on listings that do not carry the 48h badge.

We strongly encourage all employers to respond to every applicant promptly as a matter of professional courtesy, but we cannot enforce response times on listings where no such commitment has been made.

Repeated violations of the 48-hour commitment by employers who have opted in may result in account suspension or removal of the 48h badge from their listings.

Disclaimer

WorkzApp is a technology platform that connects job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment, interview calls, or job offers to any user.

We do not verify every employer or job listing on the platform, though we make reasonable efforts to remove fraudulent or misleading posts. If you come across a suspicious listing, please report it to us immediately at business.workzapp@gmail.com.

The 48-hour response guarantee is a voluntary commitment by participating employers and applies only to listings carrying the 48h badge. WorkzApp is not a recruitment agency and is not responsible for any hiring or rejection decisions made by employers on this platform.

Salary estimates shown on job listings are indicative and based on market data. Actual compensation is determined solely by the employer.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on WorkzApp:

• Posting fake, misleading, or fraudulent job listings. • Applying for jobs with false or fabricated credentials. • Scraping, copying, or reproducing any content from WorkzApp without permission. • Impersonating another person, company, or brand. • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users. • Spamming users with unsolicited messages or job offers. • Using WorkzApp for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law. • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

Content You Post

You retain ownership of the content you post on WorkzApp including your resume, profile, and any other materials you upload.

By posting content on WorkzApp, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, share, and use that content for the purpose of operating the platform and connecting you with relevant opportunities.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you post. WorkzApp is not responsible for any inaccurate or misleading content posted by users.

Our Intellectual Property

WorkzApp's name, logo, design, platform, code, and all related content are the intellectual property of WorkzApp. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or resell any part of our platform without our explicit written permission.

Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to other users or the platform.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at business.workzapp@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

WorkzApp provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, WorkzApp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to failed job applications, hiring decisions, loss of data, or any other losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of WorkzApp shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months, if any.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time as our platform evolves. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email and update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of WorkzApp after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The latest version is always available at workzapp.in/terms.
